Carraro Tractors
Giovanni Carraro founded Carraro Agritalia in Italy in 1958. He first built agricultural equipment such as seeders. Antonio Carraro separated from this company and formed his
own company in 1960 and has spread the Carraro brand to other parts of the world, including the U.S. The company also builds
tractors for other companies such as John Deere and Massey Ferguson.
Top Models of Carraro Tractors for Sale
Carraro tractors are built with Deutz engines, a German-made diesel engine that provides from 40 to 99 hp. They are unique in that models such as the TTR 4400, a Carraro
tractor that is designed not to tip over, are used on steep inclines such as in vineyards or golf courses.
Some, such as the TTR-9400, can be equipped with a batwing to mow areas where it may be flat on top with a slope on one side, such as on a canal. Other models, such as the TGF
9400 come with a protective, enclosed cab to protect the operator from dust in various worksites, such as the refuge found on chicken farms.
