Additional informationDescription: 2011 John Deere 1895 - 72 row units - Overhauled in 2020 - 3 seeding ranks - 6” spacing - Active hydraulic rockshaft downforce and all run blockage through Precision Plantings Seeder-Force - Needham Ag hardware includes main pins, bushings, V8 firming wheels, narrow gauge wheels with the urethane tire, extended wear seed boots with the bushing kit. - Wear on the boots is virtually none and they have zero slop - Dawn Gaugetine closing wheels - Air-Guard air brakes - Ninja seed flaps - Heavy closing and firming springs - Replaced bushings on front casters and radial seeder tires with 2 spares - All seed disc bearings, gauge wheel axles, sleeves, T handles and rails upgraded to Needham Ag hardware - None of the row units are seized, all have full range of motion. - Comes as a pair with Salford AC3605 tow between air cart for $120,000 USD - Can be sold seperate from aircart for $75,000 USD 2012 Salford AC3605 tow between air cart - Double 10 shoot - Peg roller meters - Hydraulic drives - 3 white poly 180-bushel bins - 1 red steel 65-bushel bin - Scales on all bins - Air-Guard blockage prevention system on the upper shoot to allow seeding in humid conditions - Cart can be sold with either or both of 2 control systems - Originally outfitted with Dickey John ISO air cart control with fan speed, bin level, bin pressure, meter rpm and variable rate control. - Alt system: Precision Plantings cart control and only uses the meter rpm sensors. - Both systems are currently set up so that each white 180-bushel bin is a 1/3 section of the drill resulting in 12-foot sections with section control. - The red 65-bushel bin is set up to service the entire width of the drill and turns on and off with the middle tank/section. - The Tires are IF1250/50R32CFO Firestones with 75% tread.
