The ORKAN KTKS 240D flail mower/mulcher is a professional flail mower. It is ideal for mowing wasteland, meadows, weedy crops, corn harvest residue, and all types of green forage. The front chain guard protects the operator and the tractor windows from spray flying from under the mower. The working shaft, equipped with heavy flail hammers, crushes the material. The rear roller with a dirt scraper keeps the mower at the desired height. Hydraulic shifting allows the mower to be extended, making it easier to mow under tree or shrub canopies, for example. The cutting height can be adjusted using the roller and skids. The opening working flap allows for spreading the mown material and reduces power consumption. The KTKS 240D Puma is a reinforced model compared to the entire KTKS/D Puma series. It features 5 drive belts, a double sheet metal casing, and an enlarged working rotor with a diameter of 170 mm!
